The Eccotemp Mini Tank 70 water heater is the largest of Eccotemps pointofuse mini tank water heaters With a holding capacity of 70 gallons the EM 70 is designed to supply hot water on demand to any faucet or sink without long hot water pipe runs Perfect for under the counter and pointofuse applications the EM70 can meet all the hot water needs of hand wash and kitchen sinks whether the environment is residential commercial or industrial The EM70 can replace traditional central hot water heaters conserving water and reducing energy waste The EM70 can also be plumbed in with the central water heater to act as a booster This lightweight and compact mini tank heater has been specifically manufactured for easy installation The EM 70 comes with installation hardware that enables it to be easily mounted on the wall or it can be freestanding It is designed to operate at 150 psi maximum water pressure so it is recommended that you install a pressure reducing valve if your water pressure is greater than 150 psi Features.
